ADMISSION & RULES |
|
Those completing 3 years on 31st May of the year, will be admitted to Nursery, 4 years on 31st May of the year , will be admitted to Jr. K.G. and 5 years on 31st May of the year, will be admitted to Sr. K.G. |
|
Admission will be finalised after an informal meeting with the parents and the child. The right to admit will rest with the management. |
|
Those failing to comply with the formalities necessary for admission, within the stipulated time, will lose their right to admission. |
|
Birth Certificate of the child will have to be produced at the time of admission. A Certified copy from the previous school will have to be furnished, if the child is to be transferred from another school. |
|
A self-addressed stamped envelope must accompany the admission form. |
|
Inadequate attendance, misbehaviour or any other act of indiscipline and misconduct will result in instant termination of admission. Admission will not be cancelled before the termination of the respective terms. For cancellation of admission, a written application will have to be produced and school leaving certificate will be issued after settling all dues. Only within one month from the commencement of the term, amount as per institutional rules and regulations will be refunded in case cancellation of admission. No refund will be considered there after. |

Students are compulsorily supposed to keep the identity Card along with them: After the confirmation of admission while paying the fees it is inevitable to submit two Passport Size Photographs in the office. On the back side of the photographs the following things must be mentioned : Student’s Name, Class, Section, Medium. The identity card will be provided without charging extra money. |

The Institution has also arranged for the students progress report. |

TRANSPORT FACILITY |
|
School buses will be provided to transport children from homes and back. Those wishing to avail the facility will have to pay necessary fees as fixed by the management and comply with the other rules and regulations. Students and parents are bound to follow the rules regarding the pick up points of the buses. No private vehicles will be allowed for the transportation of students.

The parent - father / mother or guardian of a child, when the need arises to take the child back home, will have to make a request in writing. If the Principal / Class teacher is satisfied on inquiry, then only the child will be allowed to go home. It is advisable not to interfere with the routine activities of the school and parents must insist on regular attendance of the children at the school. |
