Mrs. Neeta Sharma is M.Sc. B.Ed. with vast experience of 25-yrs of teaching & learning of different schools of Delhi & Gujarat. She stepped in this profession of teaching field, since 1987 and made teaching & administration work as her passion and not profession. She is quite sincere dedicated & devoted for her passion of teaching and she believes that teachers are the torch bearer for the nation building that is why she advises the teacher to dedicate themselves to carve the youth of India through devoted hard work and preservance, a concept of wholesome education is a curriculum that emphasis on a closer rapport with nature, offering better opportunities for a healthier growth of the body and the intellect through games and sports, development of talents in art/craft, dance & music. This is her fervent belief that classroom teaching should be integrated with lots of fun and joy, students experience should not be confined to the four wall of their classroom!

She believes in the educational philosophy to stress on a modern, progressive and quality education along with the country's rich cultural heritage at its nerve centre. She believes that education should be able to trained a child to be patriotic, humble and responsible with a secular caring and rational outlook. The child should be educated to internalize the equality of human race and unity in diversity of our country, discipline, mannerism and etiquettes to be imbibed in students as a part of their education. The education should be treated as a flowing river and not a stagnant reservoir, mind of a child ought to be storehouse of prudent thoughts and not a warehouse to dump out-dated thoughts and a school should be taken as a womb where creative activity and intellect explore, students get ample opportunities to breathe and school should not be a prison cell where the body and the intellect both are tortured!
