Admission will be granted upon merit of oral / written assessment.

Application form for admission must be submitted with the certified copies of School leaving Certificate of previous School, Mark sheet of the last examination, copy of the Birth Certificate of the students have to be produced at the time of admission.

The student seeking admission in this school has to remain present for personal meeting as decided by the management. Selection will be made on the basis of the fulfillment of the required norms and decision of the executive director will be final.

Acceptance of the form does not constitute guarantee for admission. The management of the School reserves the right to reject an application without assigning any reason.

Two self-addressed stamped envelopes must accompany the admission form.

Inadequate attendance, misbehaviour or any other act of indiscipline and misconduct will result in instant termination of admission. Admitted students and their guardian are bound to obey the rules and regulations of the school and breach of discipline and violation of rules will be seriously viewed, may result in expulsion from the School.

Each student is required to have an identify card along with passport size photo affixed on it, signed and authorized by school authority.

No leave-note will be allowed either from the parents or guardian. Parents or guardian will have to personally comes to the school and take wards home for leaving the school early in the genuine case.

Admission to the next higher std. depends upon the student’s academic career and behaviour too.

School buses will be provided to transport children from homes and back. Those wishing to avail the facility will have to pay necessary fees as fixed by the management and comply with the other rules and regulations. Students and parents are bound to follow the rules regarding the pick up points of the buses. No private vehicles will be allowed for the transportation of students.

The parent - father / mother or guardian of a child, when the need arises to take the child back home, will have to make a request in writing. If the Principal / Class teacher is satisfied on inquiry, then only the child will be allowed to go home. It is advisable not to interfere with the routine activities of the school and parents must insist on regular attendance of the children at the school.

Pupils have compulsorily to adopt a standard clothing pattern. The details of the school uniform are mentioned below: The management has decided a standard uniform for all the schools of ‘Maniben Hiralal Amin Educational Complex’.

There is a provision to take the measurement of student’s uniform in the school premises also during the vacation period.
